Most clients train 1–3 times per week depending on their goals and schedule. Your coach will recommend a frequency that supports steady, realistic progress.


Your first session focuses on learning your goals, assessing movement, and building a starting plan. It’s about clarity and direction — not an extreme workout.


Personal training provides individualized programming and one-on-one coaching, while group fitness classes follow a shared workout structure coached for a group.
