Meet the Coaches at Empow3r Fitness

The coaching team at Empow3r Fitness brings diverse backgrounds in strength training, movement science, mobility, and personal training.


Located in Littleton and Highlands Ranch, our coaches share a common goal: help members move better, build strength, and feel supported every time they walk through the doors.


Whether you're working with a personal trainer, attending group fitness classes, or training independently, our team focuses on safe progress, strong fundamentals, and long-term results.

Head Coach & Co-Founder

SCOTT

Scott is the Head Coach and Co-Founder of Empow3r Fitness, bringing more than 15 years of experience in strength training and coaching.


His background includes certifications in personal training, kettlebells, maces and clubs, MMA conditioning, rowing, and nutrition coaching. He is known for creative programming and using functional training tools to keep workouts both challenging and engaging.


Before opening Empow3r, Scott earned a master’s degree in computer science, worked in tech, and served in the military. He has also climbed all 58 Colorado 14ers and is the 2025 Cyclocross State Champion.


Most days you’ll find Scott on the training floor coaching members, refining movement patterns, and helping people discover what they’re capable of.

Empow3r Fitness coaches work with members from Littleton and Highlands Ranch, supporting beginners, experienced lifters, and everyone in between.


Each coach brings their own style and specialty, but all share the same mission: help members build strength, confidence, and sustainable training habits.

Coaching with me means building strength that supports your everyday life, whether that’s backpacking, chasing your kids, or feeling better day-to-day.


Outside of the gym, I enjoy concerts, hiking, thrifting, trying new restaurants, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a strong background in movement mechanics, injury prevention, and intelligent strength coaching.
