Group fitness at Empow3r combines the energy of training with others and the guidance of experienced coaches.


Our group fitness classes in Littleton and Highlands Ranch are designed to help members build strength, improve conditioning, and stay consistent with their workouts.


Unlike large, crowded classes, our sessions focus on coaching, movement quality, and progressive strength training.
